How to Fill Charge-back Claim form to Get Refund from Merchant:-

1) First of all, Visit on your Bank branch from where you made your payment. OR Call your Banking Team.

Note:- This incident happen with me 1 Yearback on PhonePe App, PhonePe Team wasted my 40 days and No Refund after such Huge Time, Then i filled Charge-back claim form to Get My Money back! If someone tried fraud you, Fill chargeback claim form.

2) Ask them, You have done a payment and its failed on payment page. Or Fraud case, if merchant is not refunding.

3) They will give you a charge-back claim form.

4) Fill up the Form and Submit back to Bank, They will tell you it will take upto 45 days to refund your money (But takes 5 days for me to Get Refund).

6) Enjoy !!

About Charge-Back:-

Chargeback is a process that allows debit and credit card holders to reverse transactions when there is a problem with the goods or services they’ve purchased using their cards.

Card companies like Visa, Mastercard, Rupay and American Express run the process so that it applies to any card with their logo: credit, debit and even prepaid.

Although it’s organised and run by the card companies, customers wishing to use chargeback must go through their card issuer – usually a bank or building society.

It’s up to the card issuer to try to recover all or part of the money, provided that there is evidence of a breach of contract.

Chargeback is the return of funds to a consumer, initiated by the issuing bank of the instrument used by a consumer to settle a debt. Specifically, it is the reversal of a prior outbound transfer of funds from a consumer’s bank account, line of credit, or credit card.

Chargebacks also occur in the distribution industry. This type of chargeback occurs when the supplier sells a product at a higher price to the distributor than the price they have set with the end user. The distributor then submits a chargeback to the supplier so they can recover the money lost in the transaction.

      Mene apne mobile ki phonpe app se scan kar ke petrol pump ke swip machine par bharat qr code ko scan kiya or rupye 200/- ka transaction kiya .to petrol pump ke swip machine se faild ki recipt nikali .or un logo ne mujhse kaha ke apka payment hamko nahi mila hai .lekin mere sbi account se rupye 200/- debit ho gaye hai .mene apni branch pindwara me ja kar charge back ka form manga to clerk bole ke hame nahi malum hum chargeback form kesa hota hai nahi jante hai.ab mujhe online hi charg back ka form bharna hai kese kya karu .or ha phonpe app walo ne bola hai ki asp charge back ka form do mahine ke pehle pehle hi bhar lena .nahi to refund nahi hoga

    I have same incident 6 month ago
    I have used my Udio debit card on Payzapp to add money .but unfortunately transaction was failed . So I am communicate with Udio team and they told me to Fill Udio Dispute Card Transaction form and wait up to 45 days ..
    After 45 days I did not received my refund so am again call to them and they told me wait for 7 days .After 2 days I have received a call from Udio and they told me you CLAIM is REJECTED from the Payzapp. The Payzapp also told me same thing ..

    In this process I had spent 4 month .but I did not received money and solution ..

    So if you have any solution regarding this matter please guide me

    This way is very long and and i don’t know that banker’s how behave so
    We can do a complaint with txn. Id on
    All bank complaint portal and easily get refund.
    I try this when phone pay refund no recived after one month.

    Mere account se paise cut ho gye bank k and order bhi fail ho gya 7 din ho gye ab tk mujhe jo bank se paise cut hue the wo vapas nhi hue hai…na hi order successful hua tba…what i do??

        do you even know that charge back they only credit temporary credit till they investigate and you will be charged for the investigation. please don’t update stuff without knowing the full extend about the thing you mention. after investigation if its legitimate they will give your money back and debit the credit they gave you earlier

          i know about this.. But we are going to win case for failed transaction.. Also they can’t charge us for winning case and merchant will get a huge charge + other issue like blacklisted by Bank !

            only if you are using Credit Card they wont charge you for Debit Card Netbanking there is Charges please refer to your bank Site

    Sir mene phone pe app se apne friend ko 10000 rs transfer kiye the or mere account se pese debit ho gye or phone pe par suceesfull bhi aa gya mgr mere friend ke account me 10000 nahi pohche h me kya karu please suggest

    I load 150₹ in Airtel app successful, then 150₹+Airtel debit card frezz, and I complain many time unblock my card and refund amount in my source account but there are no response. I can try this tricks for refund money???

      Ask Airtel Customer team to reversed the transaction. ACtually this post is written where merchant has refund the money, but you didn’t get.. However if your transaction was bigger than i suggest you to contact bank and ask them you have been ripped by Airtel.. Then airtel face the fraud charges + bad experiance in their merchant account score.

    Hi bro i am victim of scam in one online site (sands shopping) they told that i will get a package of products in which there is a laptop and asked me to make a payment of 5000/-. He made me to trust on him. And i made payment through my debit card. In 2015.
    But i didnt got any product till now when i asked them for refund they ignored me.
    Can i apply for refund claim.

      More than 1 year transaction can’t be claimed.. Also this is fraud system and you have to contact Bank on that time, They will Hold merchant payment and surely give you refund on that time after asking FIR details !!

    I have used my Udio card on Payzapp for load money .but unfortunately transaction was failed and money was deducted in my Udio I have contacted to the both custmore care after 15 day Udio team tell me to fill Udio Dispute card Transaction form and I filled it and said wait up to 45 days.

    After 45 days I did not received my money so I have contacted to the Udio team and they told me to wait for another 10 day.After two days I received a call from Udio and they told me your Dispute WAS REJECTED by bank .we can not do something more for you .Udio says we have send the payment to Payzapp but Payzapp say we did not received any payment on that day from Udio.

    U ahve spent 4 month on this matter but my problem wasn’t resolved.

    So if you have any suggestions regarding please guide me

      Ask Udio for reference number and give this number to Payzapp team for tracking refund status.. If Payzapp denied to give you refund ask them merchant has refunded my money and its payzapp responsiblity to give refund or reversed the transaction…

      Note:- Here i am sure its a problem from Payzapp ends..

    I paid for an order on yepme by Paytm then cancelled it they told me I will get refund in Paytm wallet but from 1 month i complaining again and again they always say you will get in 2 days but never received how to get that money

      This post is for Regarding Refund on payment gateway failed transaction. We will make 2-3 posts more regarding refunds.

      As of Now, You Should talk hardly to Yepme, if nothing happens. Try to Contact Paytm and tell them about this issue.

    Maine phone pe app se apne friend ko 4510 rs transfer kiye the UPI se or mere account se pese debit ho gye or phone pe par suceesfull bhi aa gya mgr mere friend ko msg bhi mila you’ve received 4510 rs from girish via phonepe into your bank” but uske bank me cash nai show kar rha hai. Kya kru bhai?

        4510 rs credited 10:27 min pr and exact same time par same amount automatically debit hua. Kuch samaj nai aa rha hai

    On 10th December I did a recharge of Rs 499 using Truebalance app and made my payment using rupey debit card. The recharge got failed and refund not get till today.
    Already mailed to Truebalance care , sent all documents they wanted… but they just saying that they are looking into it…..

    What to do..please ans

    I made recharge from freecharge via sbi buddy card, the recharge ws failed . Freecharge initiated refund(showing refunded in my transaction histroy with the the transaction id). I called sbi buddy they told me that we can do any thing with transaction id and i must have an ac in sbi bank. What to do?

      Seems SBI buddy problem.. You should email them with full details.. we can’t fill chargeback as SBI buddy is not a Bank.

    I got refund from Amazon Rs. 1649. i provided my Paytm saving account number to Amazon and they have transfered my refund in this account and provided me transaction id

    But i have not received any money in my paytm saving account, when i contacted Amazon, they are saying that i should contact Paytm payment bank customer care department and request them to file charge dispute.

    Sir mene oriental bank of commerce se ke Dabitcard se airtel thank (Airtel payment bank) me addmoney ki thi.. 2000rupye ki.. Online trancation…. But trancation felid ho gai or Obc bank se money bi deducte ho gai yeah trancation… 30aug ko ki thi.. Or complain bi kr di but refund abi tak ni mila.. Please sir refund vapish lene ki Proccing btai.. Please help me…….. Please
