I Just gave a call to Hyderabd Airtel cutsome care, the agent said that Airtel 349 unlimted plan is actually a limited plan. In a week airtel is giving only 1200 minutes free, post 1200 mins A to A 10p min and A to Other networks 30p min. Assuming that 349 plan is really unlimited, i have ported in to Airtel from Vodafone, trusting Airtel was a big mistake. Airtel can never provide unlimited offer. Airtel sucks!!!!!!
In karanatak Calling is fully unlimited or there is any limit.
I am a long term airtel prepaid user in Karnataka circle with a 4g handset. I recharged 349 thru paytm(in Karnataka it is 349),then installed my Airtel app to get the offer. Got the free calls and 1gb,but didn’t see a way to claim the additional 3gb from Airtel app. Within 20days,i reached the end of 1gb and recharged again through Airtel app ‘best offers’ with 349. Still same story, no way to claim the elusive 3gb.could somebody tell how it is claimed? I get the feeling that Airtel is hiding important information which means it is practically available ONLY to new users.
