I used coupon but still haven’t received any voucher. Just called ebay, they gave me bigcity’s no. and asked me to call them, when i called bigcity the ivr said they’re closed on Saturday and Sunday. I don’t think it was valid till 5th feb admin, i did it on 4th.
Finally got it.
I had lost all hope when the product i got turned out to be defective and i didn’t even get the 200 recharge. Ebay even told me i might never get it since there were only limited coupons and it was first come, first serve.
But now ebay is refunding me the money for the product and i even got the 200 recharge today on 11th. Had booked on 9th when i got the voucher.
These guys were late but they finally came through.
