2) Offer valid three times per user
3) Offer applicable only at select HPCL outlets in Delhi/NCR & Mumbai where Freecharge is accepted

some days ago i ordered a book from amzon but they deliver two phones instead of book . then i tried to replace that product (phones) with book but the courier boy reject to take phone with him because on his list of pickup there was mention to pickup book.
