2) Enter your Name, Email & Mobile Number.

3) Verify your Mobile Number and Verify it via OTP.

4) Now Enter your Credit card details (If not available), Then Put Debit card details and submit. If you are unable to signup, Please do transation directly by selecting Lazypay as a payment gateway and a OTP will come to your mobile number and your transaction will be successful, Now you can login at Lazypay..

5) Now Pay on any Merchant website listed below

6) For Example:- Download Niki App, Initiate your recharge and Select “LazyPay” option.

7) You will get OTP, Put it and Complete the Transaction, You will get the flat Rs 50 Cashback on your Transaction in LazyPay wallet.

8) You can Pay the Outstanding amount through Citrus wallet, NetBanking, Debit/Credit cards.

    I made a UPI transaction of 10000 rs from my one PAYTM to another PAYTM A/C.. Money debited from bank and PAYTM showing transaction successful… But money not added to another account… Also 2ND PAYTM app not showing the received transaction details… What should I do now??? PLEASE TELL ME..

    I transferred from Digibank to APBP..

    • Please contact paytm at Twitter (if your problem didn’t get solved within 5 days), You can try below methods!

      Your Money is 100% Safe and Paytm can’t cheat. You can take the RBI Help (only if your problem is not solved by Nodal officer within 30 days).. Actually Paytm is not going to cheat you but their lower customer care are unable to help you..

      If You are unable to get reply from Lower customer care. You may write to Paytm Nodal Officer where your problem will be solved for Sure (Yes 100% your complaint will be solved) !! But it takes sometime 3-15 days…

      • First of all thank you for your kind reply.

        I contacted DBS bank customer care today… After taking some time for addressing the problem the CC executive told its a DIM TRANSACTION..

        I asked what’s that? And he told me that PAYTM needs to approve the transaction manually. Can this be true?

        Also told me to wait for 3 working days and then if the money is not transferred/reversed then they will investigate the problem…

  2. What happened if someone didn’t pay the outstanding ?
    Are that file a legal notice for just about ₹200-300 ?
